Description : Link Recruitment is an employment business that is recruiting on behalf of its client.We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Administration Manager to work for our lovely Client based on the outskirts of Carlisle.Candidates will be responsible for the general bookkeeping and general finance/administration of annual and monthly transactions together with close working with the Human Resource Manager with regard to admin and account procedures.Duties include;invoicingSupplier managementInsurance application and managementTelephone and mobile contractsUtility ContractDay to day bookkeepingPost managementVehicle managementCash flow forecastsAssistance with procurement/tenderOnline sales accounts and filingExperience in SAGE packages is essential.Due to the location of the business own transport is a must as it is not on a bus route.This is a temporary position for 1 month.
