We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our Beauty team and assist out Aesthetic RN’s.The ideal person for this role is detail oriented, friendly, willing to learn, and passionate with a high level of integrity. Someone who can anticipate the needs of the provider, has outstanding customer service skills and demonstrated sales experience.If you feel you would be an excellent Next Health Aesthetic Medical Assistant, please read the responsibilities below and then submit your resume along with a cover letter.Responsibilities will include:Create superbills each morning.Check: Alle/Aspire rewards.Check-in patients, walk to procedure room.Complete check out process.Sign up for various rewards programs if not enrolled already (Alle, Aspire, Merz).Set-up room and tray for provider for treatment scheduled.Scout schedule to ensure appointments are scheduled properly & Good Faith Exams are booked.Send follow-up text to patients, answer patient questions per provider direction.Check inventory with provider; Send list of ordering needs.Assist at Front Desk; speak to patients of the Next Health mission & vision and convert from Beauty to Next Health Members.Assist in IV lounge (blood draw, COVID test, etc).Ensure that Beauty KPI’s are met each month – create goals and initiatives to do so.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
