Brief summary of purpose:
Responsible for designing, developing, testing, delivering, and maintaining API’s making use of existing technical capabilities and services in the enterprise as well as Cloud services. Align new solutions to the current architectural principles, development standards and integration framework in the organization. Work collaboratively within and across development and project teams in a fast-paced work environment. Development experience should include extensive Agile, Cloud and Azure design and development experience
Responsibilities:
Over 5+ years of professional experience in working with Microsoft technologies like C#, .Net Core, ADO.NET / Entity Framework
Extensive experience of design and development of RESTful services and APIs using .Net Core
5+ years’ experience of development with relational databases such as MS SQL Server
Experience in systems integrations
Understanding of micro-services architecture and design
Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud services (PaaS and SaaS) such as AKS, App Insights, Key Vault, Azure SQL and others
Working experience with CI/CD pipelines using DevOps and Git
Strong experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design and Object Oriented Programming concepts
Sound knowledge of design patterns, dependency injection and SOLID principals
Hands-on experience with industry-standard IDEs like Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills on Microsoft technologies
Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
