Description : The BH Manager is a licensed individual who will provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of up to 10 Care Coordinator Supervisors and their Teams. This position will staff and round on highly complex cases, assist with discharge planning and placement issues, as well as, provide feedback to the team regarding best practices for care coordination. A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred (LCSW, LMSW, LAC, LPC, etc).
