ROLE SUMMARY
The Brand Manager Imfinzi will plan, creates, and produces marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives for all GCC countries. Produces informational material for the sales force and for communications media.
What you’ll do
Develops and/or facilitates the development and creation of the promotional plan and programs and ensure their consistency with the brand strategy.
Develops and manages the promotion /communication budget and project timelines.
Collaborates with brand team to make a convincing case for appropriate budget and expectations for marketing opportunities.
Maintains awareness of competitive activity in consumer marketing.
Manages overall relationships with advertising agencies and other vendors.
Responsible for the implementation of promotional/communication strategies, plans and programs in support of brand strategies and objectives.
Provides input into Communication Planning and Operational Planning.
Essential for the role
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., business or science/Pharma).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Cross-functional cooperation.
Excellent Interpersonal and projects management skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data to formulate marketing plans.
Customer Orientation – making efforts to listen to and understand the customer (both internal and external); anticipating customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
Professional and Business Awareness – demonstrates knowledge of the company, customers, products, and the pharmaceutical industry; maintains current knowledge of new trends and developments in one’s profession.
Effectiveness and Productivity – ability to maximize the use of resources and produce results.
Stakeholders’ management to reach solutions and collaborates effectively with Sales Training Managers, District Sales Managers, Insights Managers, and brand Planning Leaders.
Desirable for the role
Advanced degree(s) in business or science.
Speciality care experience is preferable but not mandatory.
Previous Marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
