Job Description
This is a remote position.
About the position:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be part of our Tech team at intelehealth to uncover areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions. In this position you will be responsible for creating new models that support business decisions by working closely with all functions to establish initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
As a business analyst at Intelehealth, a typical day might include:
Role
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders (internal and external and users
Ensuring user needs are well-understood and documented
Ensuring solutions meet user needs and requirements
Responsibilities
Deeply understand and document user needs
Performing detailed requirements analysis
Work closely with the design team to transform user needs into features or processes
Documenting the process
Performing User acceptance testing
Explaining the requirement to development and tech team
Communicate the solutions to the partners and users
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Effectively documenting and communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA
5+ Years of relevant experience
Technical Certification will be an added advantage
Should have experience in Mobile app and Web app
User-centric attitude
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills
