Description : We are looking for a driven, motivated and highly accurate Business & Account Support Specialist who will have responsibility for providing exceptional customer service support to one of our key accounts.
You will also be crucial in providing supply chain and administrative support to our Business to Business (Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) & veterinary market) commercial activity.
In addition, you will work with the Sales Managers on specific sales and marketing projects to maximise sales potential.
Location: Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW – located just off Junction 35A off the M1
Here is what you can expect to be doing:
Manage one of our key accounts, including hold pricing reviews and ensuring all relevant work is invoiced.
Manage the stability reporting process – quoting, passing completed reports, invoicing and dealing with queries.
Attend regular meetings with both the account and associated colleagues.
Deal with adhoc queries appropriately and in a timely manner.
Generate quotes/profit checks/contracts for new business as required and maintain current contracts database.
Assist in the preparation, organisation and implementation of any sales and marketing campaigns, attending customer visits/exhibitors as required and processing literature/samples.
Preparation of material for tenders including completion of PPQ forms and tenders documentation, together with maintaining pricing frameworks for subsequent tenders.
Produce, on a monthly basis, specified statistics and sales reports, using the necessary software to manipulate and source information, within strict time constraints.
Coordinate all customer query requests and where necessary, source specific information from the appropriate resource to provide excellent customer service.
Accurate record keeping of all sales leads/mailer leads ensuring follow-up action.
General admin duties required within the team.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Be educated to a good standard, possessing achievements in Maths, English and Science.
Excellent administrative skills.
Computer literate, being familiar with all Microsoft Office packages.
Have experience of using stock management/reporting systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively support projects and provide excellent customer care.
Ability to prioritise and organise your own workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment whilst working with, and supporting, your wider team.
