About the role
Provide a high quality personal care service to people with a diverse range of social needs and medical conditions
Ensure people living in the home are always treated with respect and dignity, emphasising their independence and supporting them as individuals
To maintain up to date and accurate daily and ongoing records for people living in the home

The role requires a person centred approach, self-motivated and flexible individual who is able to identify & implement solutions to a wide range of problems facing individuals.
