Description : The Organizational Change Management Analyst for the company will be a member of the IT organization at the company’s Houston, Texas office reporting to the Manager, IT Strategy.
Support the rollout of change management initiatives to maximize employee engagement and minimize disruption to the business;
Assist with stakeholder management and engagement activities including coaching and resistance management;
Assist in the development of change strategies including communication and training plans, OCM roadmaps, measurement, and sustainment plan;
Review and draft OCM artifacts and communications in support of change initiatives
Track and maintain change management metrics;
Assist with assessing the priority and impact of changes including impacts to business processes, systems and technology and people (job roles and organization);
Support the coordination and planning of change related functions in support of IT and the business; and
Other duties as assigned by management.
Preferred & Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree is a must have
3+ years experience using change management principles and methodologies;
Understanding of project management approaches, tools and project lifecycle phases; and the integration of change management activities into the project plan;
Experience in developing change management plans/tools, including stakeholder; analysis, communication, and training plans;
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint;
Must have strong oral and written communication skills;
Detail oriented, proactive, and highly organized;
Capable of taking innovative approaches to problem solving;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments;
Customer-service oriented; and
Strong, positive interpersonal skills.
