Cleaner requirements:
Clean and maintain a high level of cleanliness within the whole office in an efficient manner
Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
Emptying rubbish bins, servicing toilets and wiping down communal surfaces
Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request, such as deep cleans
Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris
Notify Office Manager of any repairs required
Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately
Maintain and top up stock when needed
Cleaning the kitchen, loading/unloading the dishwasher, putting away plates & glasses, top up tea/coffee when levels are low
Keep the stationery cupboard tidy and stocked
Enable the clear desk policy and ensure all clutter is thrown away
What would we like from our Cleaner?
Previous experience is essential
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision
