Description : Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Clinical Receptionists Arabic national with the details below. Preferably native Arab speaker
Performs duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision or assistance.
Maintains all relevant records and performs all duties in a professional and well-organized manner. With clear focus on detail and confidentiality.
Maintains a cooperative working relationship with all other departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
Performs all job functions with adherence to Company’s Philosophy and Values.
Clinical Receptionists Arabic national
2 Years of experience at a healthcare facility in a medical receptionist role.
Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
Answer all calls and deal with inquiries and transfer the call as required.
Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.
Maintain and manage patient records.
Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy.
Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information.
Move patients through appointments as scheduled.
Schedule patient appointments.
Schedule hospital admissions, tests, scans, and outside appointments for patients.
Complete other clerical duties as assigned.
Maintain stock of forms and office supplies.
Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean.
Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.
Educations and Qualifications
High school diploma
Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
Working knowledge of healthcare insurance preferred
Gender : Female
Qualification : Any Graduate
Nationality : Arabic National
Experience : 1-3 Years
