Here at the LEGO Group we’re looking for a passionate consumer and brand communications manager to help evolve how we connect with media, influencers and other collaborators on a global level.
Core Responsibilities
Creative campaign development: Work with colleagues in the Brand & Portfolio comms team to develop wonderfully creative & effective global campaigns that will deliver earned coverage and drive commercial momentum, build brand love, enhance and protect the brand’s reputationCampaign execution & effectiveness: Support the successful execution of global campaigns. This includes campaign planning, developing communication toolkits and coordinating delivery globally and with local market PR and marketing teams.Agency collaboration: Collaborate with external PR agency and internal creative agency on campaign development and delivery.Integrated marketing oversight. Work closely with teammates and the Global Marketing Planning & Performance team and Market Group PR teams to embed earned media campaign planning.

The Corporate Brand Communications team plays an important role in building this brand love – telling stories about the brand, its values and its exciting portfolio of products. As the media landscape continues to shift and the efficacy of traditional paid media activity wanes, earned and shared media plays an increasingly important role in the marketing mix.
The Manager, Brand & Portfolio will be part of a team providing comms support to the company’s Product & Marketing team including delivering new product announcements,
brand campaigns and earned media activity designed to engage, inspire and delight fans of all
ages.
Do you have what it takes
Strong brand PR expertise with a track recording of being part of teams that deliver campaigns which make headlines and shift attitudes.Good understanding of evolving media landscape and effective earned media campaigns.Outstanding project management skills and passionate about quality and attention to detail.Passionate creative, willing to push the boundaries and experiment.Strong team player keen to do whatever is needed to deliver
