We have exciting opportunities available within our Credit Hire Department for dynamic professionals with previous Credit Hire experience.
As a Credit Hire Claims Handler you will proactively handle Credit Hire claims from intimation through to settlement. Getting opportunities to engage with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders. Being empowered to make decisions and negotiate settlement alongside building key relationships with our claim’s teams around the business.
You’ll be joining a thriving and vibrant team in a lively office with everything you need, including plenty of break-out spaces, well-equipped kitchens, free tea and coffee, and a weekly delivery of fresh fruit. About you
With a strong commitment to good customer service, you will have a can-do attitude and the ability to make quick and informed decisions.
You will have previous Credit Hire experience and knowledge partnered with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. It’s also important that you are able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
