Description : This role is predominantly working from home, but you will be required to work 5-8 days per month from our office in Kemble.

Key Responsibilities
Using website data and metrics to analyse the user journey and advise on website optimisation and personalisation to help maximise conversion rates
Identifying customer segmentation to provide optimisation of web/CRM activities
Providing timely and accurate weekly and monthly KPI reports
Developing and executing campaigns that optimise customer loyalty and lifetime value
Measuring, analysing and reporting performance metrics pertaining to the O&CC loyalty programme
Supporting the development of customer segmentation studies
Developing customer models to forecast customer response rates, sales, and life-time value
Identifying, recommending and implementing quality and efficient improvements to customer processes
Implementing additional data touchpoint capture from multiple sources (e.g. Facebook, log files, 3rd party mobile app data)
We want to make sure that you have everything you need to be successful in this role. In general this means we would like you to have;
Experience in customer relationship marketing and analysis including working with reporting and analytics applications/systems
Competent using the Microsoft suite with strong Excel skills including vlookup and pivot tables
Working knowledge of relational database structures and query language
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable insight from data analysis
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as being able to communicate quantitative information in a clear, informative and personable manner
Project management skills to develop and manage product schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
Good organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Salary & Benefits
