Description : Concierge Associate – Rocklin, CAAbout Luna and the role: Luna, the leading on-demand physical therapy provider, was founded in 2018 to reimagine the physical therapy experience. Luna makes receiving and practicing outpatient physical therapy more convenient, modern, and impactful – through the use of technology. Now, patients have greater access to care, and therapists have the autonomy and flexibility they need to manage their careers and thrive in their own practice.The role of the Concierge Specialist with Luna will be to convert leads to patients that complete their plan of care and have a remarkable and memorable experience. In addition provide a high level of service and exceptional communication to exceed therapist expectations while contributing to the financial success of the company by collecting appropriate co-insurance and co-payments.What you will do: Manage the registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and existing patients.Play a key role in messaging the value of Luna and converting patient leads to booked patients.Record Management – Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient(i.e. identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival instructions, intake form, etc.) Once the information is obtained it must be properly filed on the patient’s record.Perform a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to: answering phones, responding to patient and therapist messaging.Customer Service – Create a culture of exceptional customer service by continually exceeding our patients and therapists expectations.
