Working closely with product and sales, you’ll be an integral part of OneTeam360’s growth as we strive to revolutionize performance management for modern workforces.As an early member of the team, no day will look exactly the same. The role is essentially a mix of customer success and product management, but will evolve over time as our team expands. Reporting to our Head of Product, you’ll move between platform demos, onboarding, training, and VOC calls and internal check-ins. You’ll collaborate with all of us, touching every part of the business to ensure success. This is an extremely dynamic role requiring advanced multitasking and prioritization. The problems you solve will directly affect the success of our platform as we grow.What you’ll do (at least to start):Run platform demos with key customer stakeholders, converting them to paid customersOnboard, maintain and expand our customer baseEstablish cadence for regular follow-ups and help drive formal feedback on new features and improvementsMaximize conversion of trial to paying customers, maximize revenue by upselling feature and platform upgrades to existing customersLearn our product inside and out and help our customers maximize engagement to drive their business successHelp build the foundations of Customer Success at OneTeam360 – As an early member of our sales/success team, you’ll be instrumental in helping define pre-sales and post-sales processes that scale as we continue to growFocus on go-to-market plans to target customers for the OneTeam360 platform, including product promotion and placement responsibilities to ensure we hit key metricsMeaningfully shape our future product: As you engage with customers, you’ll gain insights to help us serve them better — and work with the team to inform what we do next.Develop sales tools for the team to ensure high customer close rates, and long-term valueWork closely with product team to validate new features with customersUnderstand customer pain-points and questions, representing their interests within the product team and to executivesPartner with marketing team to maximize customer retention and refine our messaging as we expand into new verticalsOccasionally attend conferences and trade shows to demonstrate and promote the platform, increasing visibility within target industriesWho you are:You have a growth mindset and do well working closely with a small teamYou are a self-starter that can produce excellent work and exceptional results with minimal directionImpeccable attention to detail, prioritization and multitasking skillsYour empathy and EQ are second to none, and you can easily envision perspectives outside your own, especially when those perspectives challenge your understandingYou’re motivated by seeing others succeed and grow through your partnership with themYou’re highly adaptable and can acclimate to rapid changes in growth, industry and strategyStrong intrinsic motivation, striving to be a top performer and leading contributor to a winning teamYou love getting to know new people and helping them solve business problems1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, business development, customer success, product, etc.), ideally in SaaS or other tech/professional services (research, consulting, VC/PE, etc.)Bonus points:Experience as an early hire at a young startup,Knowledge of small businesses and their pain-pointsAn existing professional network of business owners, HR or operations leaders in SMBsA keen understanding of product sense and the customer experience and how they interactJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee stock purchase planPaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:This is a remote position.Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)Software sales: 1 year (Required)Work Location: Remote
