This role requires an experience of working with CDP (Tealium preferred) and a broad understanding of marketing technologies and integrations of CDP to consumer facing applications such as customer interactions hubs, emails, chat bots, web personalization, and analytics tools.
This position is the subject matter expert for the CDP(Tealium). You will be expected to understand interface configurations, perform audits, validations and provide working sessions and will use & educate on Tealium’s best practices
Plan & oversee deployment
Architect requirements from business stakeholders and create a product roadmap
Be an evangelist for its value proposition, promoting new features, communicating to internal stakeholders
Create functional requirements and identify gaps in data collection. Collaborate with teams from different parts of the organization to fill data gaps.
Responsible for creation of a robust segmentation and testing strategy aimed at personalizing the consumer experience. You would also need to offer strategic guidance and best practices. This includes leading workshops to understand business objectives and translating these into a technical design for AudienceStream use cases. You will also provide guidance on measuring the use cases along with providing any other strategic insights.
Leverage predictive analytics to deliver on business and revenue goals
Understand consumer privacy regulations like GDPR and work with markets to ensure that consent and permissions are updated in the platform when needed
Input into the vendor product development requirements
Build out and document user cases, products, and supporting data requirements
Create and standardize templates and processes for data specifications, functional requirements, use case validations, training, and user adoption
Facilitate cooperation delivering the strategy through providing overall direction, planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and control.
This role requires strong partnership and interactions with senior executive management, business stakeholders, data scientists, engineering, and IT organizations.
The person must be able to work at a detail level, when needed, to identify issues, risks, root causes, develop mitigation strategies and solutions, and identify and track actions to closure. The candidate must be articulate, be able to communicate with management, raise issues and risks quickly, and help develop solutions effectively and openly.
4+ years experiences in web analytics, data driven marketing, and digital transformation with at least a year experience of working on CDP(Tealium preferred).
Experience in data architecture and data modeling is required
Experience with working in CRM technology or cloud-based customer solutions is required
Hands on experience using Machine learning & predictive analytics
Web analytics & web development background and knowledge of basic programming: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP would be preferred
Coding capabilities in R or Python, & SQL would be preferred.
Proven success through partnership and collaboration with a cross-functional team
Proven ability to set strategic direction and drive high quality execution
Strong track record of managing large scale initiatives and delivering capabilities that drive business growth
Highly adaptable to changing environment
