Our current partners include the Mayo Clinic Platform, Anthem, and Maccabi Health Services.What would I do at K Health?We’re seeking a Director of Learning & Development with a strong operational, consumer and product acumen to initiate, lead and execute the delivery of training materials across the organization. The ideal candidate is a life-long learner, able to embody their diverse audiences and serve as an advocate and interpreter throughout the product and consumer life cycle. This person thrives in complex and fast-paced environments, can effortlessly pivot from strategy to execution and makes decisions with conviction.We expect this role to be intimately familiar in both the details of the day-today business & technical activities and the long-term vision to ensure all decisions are deliberate and any tradeoffs are intentional. Specifically, you’ll need to understand our medical, operational and customer experience processes inside and out in order to successfully define & deliver materials, processes and delivery channels that best serve our organization and scale effectively.The primary focus for this role will be onboarding and continuously training our clinical team as we perpetually improve our product and expand our scope of practice. Our teams are growing exponentially and we need to ensure all are consistently up to date on changes, know what is expected of them and that they have the tools to be successful. You’ll lead a team dedicated to ensuring that all members of our team are setup for success.
