We are constantly looking for the best technology talent out there to build our next-gen products and to contribute to our proprietary and patent-pending Lightspeed and RemitSend platform.Are You The One:As a Director – TPM/EPM, you’ll be responsible for building & leading the organization ways of the working model by working closely with various cross-functional teams/business units comprising of Leadership, Senior Engineers, Product Owners/Managers, DevOps, Sales & Commercial, Customer facing & other teams to deliver high quality, scalable products deployed around the world. You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best quality product with the most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting products GTM/GA timelines.Opportunity To:Define & Setup Organization Level ways of working (WoW) Model using Agile frameworks like Scrum/SAFe/Scrum@Scale as per the organization business dynamics.Drive a team with a technical program manager(s) to deliver high-quality SaaS products & efficient WoW.Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the product/business value streams and manage complex programs with significant bottom-line impact.Work with Leadership, Product Managers in developing a strategy and roadmap to provide compelling capabilities for the end-users/customers in the marketplace that helps them succeed in their business goals.Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.Setup the business-driven engineering program management center of excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset.Responsibilities:Build a comprehensive view/portfolio canvas and eventually define WoW for the organization and work towards business success by working closely with the executive leadership team.Setup/Standardize/Formalizes Procedure/SOPs/Working Policies across org for business & delivery consistency – complete governance model.Build a data-driven mindset for the organization for predictability and business decision-making – using the right development & business metrics.Setup KPIs/OKRs for business value streams to meet the business goals.Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.Project management – prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management, and tracking of external commitments.Act as a bridge between various cross-functional groups.Passionate about delivering extensible, on-time solutions, but should also be obsessed with contributing to the development of high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, continuous process improvement, and mentorship.Requirements:Overall 15+ years of experience out of which 6+ years of solid experience in technical/engineering program manager capacity.Should have excellent hands-on knowledge of agile ways of working (WoW) and frameworks in software development projects – Scrum Master certification (CSP / PSM I / II, CSaSP/ SPC) is a plus.Should have excellent hands-on knowledge of Scrum framework, with all its artifacts, ceremonies management on the ground.Proficient in one or more Agile project management tools – Azure DevOps, JIRA, JIRA Align.Exhaustive working knowledge with widely successful Agile engineering practices: User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing.Software development & testing experience, knowledge of Cloud, SaaS products, and distributed systems.Should possess practical experience in planning, executing, and implementing multiple programs especially large-scale enterprise-level product development programs using one or more agile frameworks (Scrum is a must + Kanban & Scaling Scrum Preferable).Should have excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication & storytelling skills – both upstream and downstream, starting from ground to CXO level.Experience in managing & support product life cycle for products that are in production, support high visibility support, development engagements, bug fixing, tech debt reduction strategies.Excellent Problem solving, collaboration, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.Identify, analyze, and mitigate risk exposure at all levels.Interact comfortably in one-to-one meetings with individual technical contributors, senior engineering leaders (technology and business).Drive quarterly & yearly roadmaps & deliverables based on KPIs / OKRs.Manage and maintain clear product backlogs and ensure forward project momentum.Build & Manage Team & Leadership level dashboards to showcase efficiency, continuous relentless improvement & acceleration paths for success evaluation.Expert in leading and driving team and leadership level inspect & adapt / retrospection events for continuous improvements and course corrections QoQLead efforts to resolve key project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths.Create self-organizing engineering teams that are flexible, adapt/manage changes/changing priorities based on customer asks, and is fully productive during sprints/cadence with high predictability.Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint based on the goals.Shield the team from outside distractions and
