Description : About The Role
As a Drug Safety Associate here at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare you will be communicating with patients and manufacturers to report adverse effects from products as well as product complaints. You will be managing both written and verbal communication from patients. The role is a vital one within the team and as such will need to be detail focused and able to work at pace. There will also be project work within the role so strong administrative ability would be beneficial. The role will have weekend work of 3 hours every 6 weeks but this is returned as time in lieu.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have ideally have experience within pharmacy however this is not essential. The ideal candidate will have administration experience, be inquisitive and willing to learn and happy to work in a team environment. With a focus on communication both written and verbal you will need good comprehension skills and be able to tailor your communication to your recipient. The role can be varied so the ability to adapt and learn quickly, as well as to take initiative would be a positive for this role.
