You will be working very closely with the managing partner who is based in Dubai.Though working remotely you will be working and meeting on mostly a daily basis. Must have easy access to Downtown.Knowledge of central London is an advantage as is having experience working with HNWI’s.MAIN PURPOSEThe E-commerce Manager will be responsible for setting up the e-commerce offering for the company. Uploading all the products to the site and categorising.Customer conversions and developing the digital proposition for the London market and possibly UAE. Reporting directly to the managing partner, the E-Commerce Manager will effectively be taking ownership of trading the website, from devising the overall commercial strategy with the internal teams, to monitoring daily activity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEcom StrategyEstablish & implement the E-commerce strategy to reach targets defined while ensuring alignment with overall strategy.Develop a targeted e-CRM strategy for activating and retaining online consumers in close co-operation with London based teamResponsible to create & maintain relationships with London based staffBe part of all developments/upgrade projects in close collaboration with web development teamPropose innovative solutions to better engage with our audience having a 360 approach with other touchpointsEcom Business Performance & Sales AchievementOversee all commercial Ecom activities and sales achievements, including content calendar and merchandisingResponsible for the definition of clear action plans to achieve ambitions based on solid performance, environment and competencies analysisMonitor the competitive environment and adjust strategy and action plans accordinglyResponsible for all product categories, ensuring business opportunities are maximized to their potentialIdentify & develop new digital partnerships projects both in London and UAE.Reporting & AnalysisIs responsible to compile and lead all short-, medium- or long-term forecastsIs the key contact for any ad-hoc request into the performance of Ecom businessProvide timely and accurate reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis related to Ecom businessOperationsMonitor Exchanges and refunds related to Ecom businessIs responsible to compile and follow up on bugs raised for issues on the website with web developersIs responsible for monitoring inventories and stock movement management in conjunction with London staffJOB PROFILEEducationUniversity degree/ Vocational qualificationRequired experienceMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar positionLanguage abilitiesAbility to read, write & speak English fluentlyTechnical skills / abilitiesA versatile professional with a clear understanding of E-Commerce (Strategy, sales performances, merchandising)Advanced experience in using, Google Analytics and Microsoft ExcelPossess Salesforce Cloud knowledge/wordpress/magentaCustomer-Centric – understanding what will create a great digital experience and keeping the eCommerce site fresh and relevant across Desktop, Mobile and TabletAbility to increase E-Commerce sales by proposing a strong strategy with an analytical mindDemonstrates attention to detailDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughnessStrong interpersonal relationships skillsDigital and technology acumenPersonal skillsHave a genuine interest in Healthcare Welness and Beauty and be familiar with brand leaders and the pharmacy/healthcare sector in generalUsed to work within small Ecommerce teams, who will roll their sleeves up and deliver resultsVery dynamic with team spirit that is essential to coordinate with all the dept. the different initiativesStrive for excellenceCommunication savvyCope with stressful situations and know how to react quickly if problems ariseSolutions driven and generate suggestions for improvementMeet challenges with resourcefulnessStrive to increase productivity and works quicklyExpected Start Date: 01/02/2022Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED8,000.00 – AED11,000.00 per month
