We look out for our customers and our focus is ‘putting our people first’.Our people enable us to do all of this by living our 5 core values: Safety, Customer excellence, Sustainability, Innovation and Pride.Job OverviewWorking at our head office in Cardiff within a core function of Energy Services, you will assist with a variety of activities in order to deliver an effective energy service to a number of key clients.You will undertake energy and invoice data analysis to support energy billing, energy management, energy brokerage and compliance requirements.You will interact with a number of people on a daily basis, giving you the opportunity to engage and build relationships with all levels inside and outside of the Company.You may be called on from time to time to temporarily work on other projects / clients to support special projects. This will be allocated by the line manager in advance of any work required with full instruction.Work Schedule Details – 37.5 Contractual hours per week , Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-5pmKEY RESPONSIBILITIESCheck and upload paper and electronic invoices on behalf of designated clients that are received from their utility suppliers and landlords.Validate utility invoices to find and resolve errors.
