Description : Company descriptionSolvaa is a growing no-code systems and automation consulting business based in the UK.Job descriptionWe are looking for a remote working Executive Assistant and Community Manager to join the team and provide support to the business Director. This is an exciting and dynamic role assisting the Director with high-value clients to streamline and automate their business models and supporting a community of automation enthusiasts.This could be the ideal position for a person looking for work to start off at around 3 hours per day but building into something more substantial over the coming months. The position requires administrative assistance, community management, workflow automation building and client liaison.The role will grow in complexity, responsibility, and accountability over time.The ideal candidate would have: Hands-on experience with various online business tools such as CRMs, task management tools, email marketing tools, Google Workspace, Zapier and WordPress as well as fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Bearing this in mind, the perfect candidate would have strong analytical, organisational and task management skills, pay careful attention to detail with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion in a people-friendly manner.Experience in community engagement, social media management, delivering creative and attractive content (text, image and video) would be an advantage. Additional valuable experience would be implementing and optimising digital ad campaigns, website editing, video editing, creating courses or memberships, and manipulating data in spreadsheets and databases.The following specific skills or experience are not essential but would be an advantage:Pipedrive CRM; Pandadoc; Google Sheets and formulas/ vlookups; Google Data Studio or other analytic tools; Active Campaign; Airtable; Canva; WordPress Divi theme; using course and membership platforms.Industry Experience – Commercial*Minimum of 3 years working experience in Administrative Assistant roles, and one year in Executive Assistant roles at Director/ CEO level is requiredExperience of working in a B2B environmentExperience in working with businesses in the UKOther attributesAble to work from home (privacy is essential)Suitable computer not accessible by othersAdequate online security (antivirus, VPN)High-speed internet linkSmartphone with WhatsAppFamiliar with timezone differences3 hours per day immediately, moving to more hours in future – Monday to FridayAble to work UK business hours (open to applicants regardless of location)Remuneration (based on experience)Freelance: GBP £15 – £25 per hour based on experience.
