Description : During the Covid-19 Crisis we have put appropriate safeguards in place with PPE available to all staff. The candidate will be expected to attend work on site due to the nature of the role and it is therefore not open to working from home.

Shortlisted candidates will be expected to conduct a 5-minute presentation on Top three skills of an Executive Assistant”. The interviews will be conducted remotely via MS Teams, therefore please prepare your presentation with this in mind.
To provide support to three forensic sites thus ensuring the effective and efficient running of the service. The post holder will be required to work closely with the Admin Manager and the DMT to provide a responsive service. The post requires the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment, liaising effectively with professionals from a range of disciplines, using own initiative whilst maintaining client confidentiality and demonstrate an ability to manage and minute senior meetings, and diary management.
To work alongside and to cover, administration staff across several locations.
