The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager works closely with senior management to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan.
Job Responsibilities️ Development and ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual executive presentation material.️ Manage reporting calendar, adherence to deadlines.️ Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.️ Utilizing BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance (data modeling & visualization)
Continuing management reporting development :
️ Building financial reports and metrics for leadership
️ Business rule creation under TM1 : allocation management and complex business calculation
️ Automation loading / extracting data : Building TurboIntegrator
Forecast process :️ Business partnering with Line of Service teams️ Building forecast application in TM1 in order to follow the leadership guidance️ Building complex reporting on TM1
Budget process :️ Improving the current budget process
️ Provide workable budgeting solution and modeling
️ Building PowerBI apps integrated with TM1 data for leadership review purposes
️ Providing guidance to Line of Service in order to assure the integrity of the process️ understand the criticality of the business and manage all expectations
Business Intelligence Finance owner :
️ Data-warehouse modeling for SSAS cubes️ Data Analytics
️ Manage the different data sources integration into the PowerBI model️ owner of all financial reporting (SSRS / PowerBI)️ Continuing development of PowerBI reports for better end user story
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of relevant analytical experience
Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools
Strong quantative abilities
Able to solve complex problems
Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
High level of commercial acumen
Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages
Professional qualification such as CA or CPA or CFA
