In the Emergency Department the Band 3 HCA will be responsible for supporting nursing and medical staff in the assessment process within the ED. The HCA will be expected to carry out specific tasks as allocated by RN/Nurse in charge of area. You will need to be dynamic and enthusiastic in your role, as the ED is fast paced and is faced with new challenges every day. You need to be able to work within the trust values.We are a dynamic well lead department recruiting to increase our team ready for moving into the new hospital.
