Description : American Health Connection is looking for a Remote Healthcare Implementation Administrator who can successfully execute new client implementation projects. Flexible in-office and remote schedule. Reporting to the VP and Director of Operations and working in collaboration with key business stakeholders both internal and external, this role will help drive pivotal projects from implementation to post go-live, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met, all within allotted time frames. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.In this role you will:Assist in scoping, setting objectives, and aligning stakeholders for projectsEnsure proper resource allocation, and guide clients on prioritization and schedule.Develop comprehensive project plans, processes, and workflows for efficiency and execution, establishing appropriate ownership for all deliverablesIdentify project risks early and implement action plans to mitigate or eliminate risks.Collaborate with departments across the company, key stakeholders, and external vendors facilitating meetings when necessary.Centralize information by preparing status reports on deliverables and leading timely meetings.Manage and deliver projects on-time, maintaining a strong understanding of deliverables across all channels.Lead wrap-up initiatives and report on key findings, identifying opportunities for efficiency and additional service channels.Manage service level metrics, monthly meetings, and reporting post-go-live.WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management, health care, call centers, and the management of multi-faceted projects.Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and executives.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently, with confidence to multi-task and delegate as required while still adhering to process.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience in a fast-paced, virtual, health care or call center driven company is ideal.PMP, ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL, Lean or other project management certifications with demonstrable application desired.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM Tools, as well as project management tools such as Basecamp preferred.BENEFITSFull-time positions with competitive pay and opportunities for growth401K with 50% match up to 6%Anthem Blue Cross Medical Benefits / FSA AccountVision, Dental, and Life insurancePet insurancePTO time + 5 Paid Holidays per year (time and a half for holidays worked)Overtime opportunitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: From $1.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
