When we promise something, we don’t let people down.What can you expect?As a Care Supervisor, you will have achieved or are working towards QCF level 3 and have a minimum of 6 months of domiciliary care or team leader experience. Due to the nature of this role, a driving license and own car is required. You will be required to work 5 days throughout Monday – Sunday and receive a Rota 4 weeks in advance of your 8-hour shifts.The duties for this role include:Initial Home Assessment & Welcome VisitsCompleting Risk Assessments and updating as requiredSupporting new carers with hands-on care provision and competency assessmentObservation of Service users and reporting/communicating such observations to the appropriate individuals, inclusive of daily handoversRegular Reviews of the quality and satisfaction of the service provision with service usersCompleting checks on service provision and working with teams of carers to ensure best practice at all times.Medication AssessmentsChecking the validity of the paperwork within a service user’s home to ensure it is kept up to date and reflects the service requirements adequately.What we offerWe aim to provide the following fantastic staff benefits and as many opportunities as possible, which include:EXCELLENT RATES OF PAY – Starting at a salary of £23,712, this rises to £23,920 after completing the probationary period.
