As an experienced Human Resource Generalist, you will provide HR guidance and support for assigned business areas. You will be responsible for all employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, reward and recognition, engagement and other HR related projects.Reporting to the Associate Director, Human Resources and working as part of a team which includes recruitment, payroll and finance and global peers within HR. There are flexible working options with this role.You will work with leadership teams to ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied. Acting as coach and partnering with key stakeholders to proactively balancing organisational needs across your business area. Analyse and present HR data to identify key HR trends and look for continuous improvement opportunities.The following are minimum requirements related to the Human Resource Business Partner position:CIPD level 5 or equivalent.Extensive experience as a generalist with comprehensive knowledge of employment practices for the UK.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.Must be fluent in English; both oral and written.Experience in leading early careers programmes would be advantageous.Must have demonstrated skills in change management and organizational development.Solid working knowledge of MS office is essential and knowledge of using SAP and Success Factors would be preferable.
