Joining a team of four other HRBPs and with line management responsibility for a HR Administrator, you will operate among supportive colleagues with whom you can discuss strategies and approaches to manage the human resource of our business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for delivering on the full employee experience to our employees at all levels in our insurance division, several business-support functions and some of our business entities across Europe and the globe.
Please note that this role will require you to be based at our insurance office in Sheffield 5 days per week. Flexibility to travel to our offices located across the UK and Europe will also be required.
Location: Based at our office in Sheffield with monthly visits to our headquarters in Crewe, CW1 6BD
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 05:00pm
Salary: up to £45,000 (plus annual bonus)
Key attributes to help you succeed in this role are:
Confidently manage and deliver on multiple and often conflicting priorities across a number of legislative territories
Work systematically through a high volume of employee relations matters with the support of your HR Administrator/Advisor
Demonstrable success in developing effective working relationships with senior stakeholders at all levels
Success in managing projects across the human resources spectrum such as Investors in People and employee engagement surveys
Demonstrable experience of working with external legal providers to navigate through complex ER cases in a commercial environment
An active interest in people data and developing action plans with your stakeholders to address insights as they arise from the data
An ability to look ahead and plan your time to meet the needs of a growing and fast-paced business
