The successful candidate will be based in our Leicester office.The core responsibilities of the position include: Supporting the business by giving structure to our recruitment process, helping us to identify the strongest candidates for our roles.The production of new starter contracts and ensuring we adhere to all legal requirements obtaining right to work in the UK etc.Management of the company’s HR system IRIS.Working with senior management to design a comprehensive on-boarding structure for new starters to ensure that they receive the best introduction to the company and comprehensive training to give them the best opportunity to perform to their best potential.Working with management to ensure our workforce have clear training plans to perform to their maximum potential.Support senior management to instil a motivated, inspired company culture that understands why? Of the business and believe in the company’s vision.Implementing the agreed on-boarding process.Management of the company handbook ensuring colleagues company wide have complete clarity of expectations and adhere to dress code policies, absence etc.Supporting the company management team with conflicts, disciplinary actions and terminations.Work with company first aiders to ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.Requirements & Skills: 2+ years of experience across the full range of human resources functions.A self-directed leader with the ability to scale our team and company.A natural ability to coach and mentor within all levels of the team, to listen effectively, to help employees at all levels whilst building relationships.Expected start date: 01/02/2022Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)Experience:HR: 3 years (preferred)Work remotely:No
