Key Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience in Consumer Marketing launching mobile InApp marketing programs, working across cross functional teams including Design, Product & Engineering.
2+ years of experience running A/B tests for funnel optimization in a mobile environment.
You have a solid track record of leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
You are an expert at driving cross-functional partnerships with internal teams and building relationships with external partners.
Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and shown ability to handle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Aptitude for being organized with flexibility and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills
Experience with project management a plus
Knowledge of technical creative requirements a plus
Ability to create mocks with creative visual design software suites (Ex: Adobe Photoshop) a plus
Description
We’re looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented marketing manager to help drive execution of News+ InApp campaigns resulting in user acquisition. As this person gets comfortable with execution, we expect this person to support strategy and planning for InApp Marketing programs as well. You will have a high level of visibility within the Apple News cross functional team and contribute to a fast-paced environment. Therefore, we are seeking someone is comfortable juggling multiple projects while still focused on flawless execution. This position will support the planning and execution to drive timelines and deliverables across Marketing, Product, Content Engineering, Content Ops, Verification and other teams across all 4 GEOs – US, UK, AU & CA. This individual will work with Designers, Product, and Engineering teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality outcomes. S/he needs to collaborate with stakeholders and partner teams to ensure that our schedule aligns with all dependencies across various functions. This position will own the development and communication of day-to-day InApp tasking, scheduling to drive projects to completion as well as monthly marketing summary newsletters across US and international GEOs including CA, UK and AU. This role will be responsible for keeping an up-to-date Marketing calendar for Apple News as well as the prioritized list of InApp campaigns for upcoming quarters.
