Description : Mandatory Qualifications (1-8)1. The IV&V Consultant must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years providing IV&V services to public entities in at least one of the following, and between all IV&V staff the following must be covered:Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management;Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments;Developing IV&V monthly activity and task reports; andTest coverage and/or feature coverage.2. Must have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years working either as a direct contributor or as an IV&V oversight on a large-scale software development project.3. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years working on IT projects utilizing Agile software development methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development.4. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years delivering applications configured or developed using Salesforce.5. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years applying the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) on a large-scale software development project.6. Must possess a current certification in at least one of the following:· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);· Certified Information Security Manager (CISM);· Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC);· Certified Cloud Service Professional (CCSP); or· CompTIA Security+.7. Must possess a current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.8. Must possess a current certification in at least one of the following:· Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder;· Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator; or· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.Desired Qualifications (1)1.
