In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
Drive solutions to reduce recovery
Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
Design complex system upgrades
Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:
Responsible for Day-to-Day operations of the Command Center. Functional areas include but not limited to:
Familiar with technologies and business acumen in financial sector, the individual will be Command Center & Observability Lead.
This role will not involve hands on code development. However, need to have good understanding of SDLC & coding
Be part of WIM Command Centre team to handle & direct team on App Monitoring, Health checks, Batch Job Monitoring, Alerts, Incident and Problem Management
Assess and validate major incidents. Manage notifications and escalations as defined in the major incident management process.
Manage and coordinate recovery actions and plans for major incidents to resolution.
Provide timely and informative updates to management, stakeholders, and users until incident closure.
Ensure the appropriate level of the technical or functional support team is actively engaged.
Ensure that an accurate timeline of recovery plans and activities on major incidents are documented.
Participate in post-incident root cause analysis (RCA) as required and follow up on improvement plans.
Understand and track outstanding actions, improvement plans for incidents escalated to Command Centre until closure.
Provide monthly incidents trend updates to stakeholders, users and management.
Coordinates the duty shift table for the Command Center operations and carefully allocates staff members on different shift duties for ensuring the whole Command Center shift works in an efficient and effective manner.
Excellent Team player
Strong problem solving skills and be able to apply creativity to improve processes.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management – Incident/Problem Management, Change/Release Management.
