Job Description
We are looking for Inside sales associates who will be responsible for
finding and generating leads through different sources, qualifying them and converting them to
meetings for product demos. Person will speak with CIOs/CDOs/App development/QA
organizations in different companies across the US and follow up once the meetings are done to
sales closures.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, will conduct research to
identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, inbound channels and
LinkedIn. This individual may also actively participate if required on company marketing activities
providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.
Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
Develop new business via cold calling and mass communication such as email, research and
social media.
Identify decision makers within targeted leads/business/territory.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales conversations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive inbound leads.
Work with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet
monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates,
complete profile information, sources, etc.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Enter new prospect data ensuring all communications are logged in CRM, information is
accurate and documents are in place.
Bachelor’s Degree.
2 to 3 years relevant experience in inside sales.
Consistent track record in meeting and exceeding lead generation, forecasting targets and
demand generation objectives.
Experience calling into Global 2000 accounts at CXO, VP and Director level contacts.
Exceptional verbal communication, presentation,negotiation and documentation skills.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team with a high level of integrity and work ethic.
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Experience in SaaS product sales would be a plus.
