Description : IT / OT & Digital Commerce underpins some of Bacardi’s’ critical services. Cyber-attacks against these systems have increased dramatically and this role is a key investment in reducing this threat landscape
Your Opportunity
Lead on delivering security solutions that support the integrity of our Digital Marketing/Commerce Service & Solutions, helping Bacardi to protect our long-term commercial interests/ambitions
Build strong collaborative relationships across regions and functions, harnessing the power of people to protect Bacardi against threats and vulnerabilities of our key systems
Manage cyber risk exposure and compliance activities relating to IT/OT / Web & Digital cyber security management – minimising the impact of IT / OT and Digital Commerce security incidents
About You
You have a deep knowledge of environments and the cyber risks associated with consumer websites, enterprise technology and networking
You are an inclusive Leader who acts as an enabler for delivering security solutions that support Bacardis commercial objectives
You possess incredible project management skills and have the ability to build strong relationships and translate complex technical issues into workable solutions
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
Significant experience in Security and Digital Commerce and/or Marketing space
Familiarity with the necessary toolsets/functionalities in the security objects /user access area
Technical knowledge (implementation, maintenance, development) of leading domain and website management tools & app development
Ability to work collaboratively with key stake holders across the business for improvement areas
Develop related vulnerability program
Strong technical knowledge of web and domain related services
Experience with a Single Sign On / Identity Management Solution is a plus
Experience of handling User Administration for SaaS services
Experience working in a matrix and geographically diverse business model is Critical
Demonstrated ability to create and work to project plans in an PMO administered environment
Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment
Able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines in timely manner
