We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but did we mention the issue is huge? This is where you come in! We are recruiting a newly created Senior Learning & Development Consultant to support our rapid growth at Too Good To Go.
Your Mission
You will be a key part of the Too Good To Go People & Culture team, constantly evolving to meet the requirements of a fast-paced business in high growth. You will support our L&D framework by designing key learning assets, resources, toolkits, learning sessions and experiences to accelerate business performance.
Your Role
As Learning Designer, you will report to the Global Head of Learning and Development and hold the following accountabilities:
Design and continuously develop content that supports delivery of the Too Good To Go strategic priorities
Develop relevant content through in-depth research, establishing and leveraging current thought leadership, in collaboration with L&D partners and Talent Manager.
Agree suitable learning outcomes relevant to learning needs that link with assessment/analysis outcomes, through collaboration with L&D team members, subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
Develop and design learning experiences aligned to our Capability frameworks and Learning strategy following design methodology
Design and develop e-learning content in Articulate Rise and any other tools that enable our delivery of great learning experiences
Set up and facilitate collaborative and social learning e.g. user generated content, communities of learning and mentoring systems
Advise on, and design, the most impactful and suitable methods of delivery e.g. e-learning, interactive virtual/ face to face workshops, videos, toolkits etc
Write, edit, and structure course content in a way that inspires and supports long term retention and embedding of knowledge, skills or behaviours
Work with our People Operations team to ensure content is structured, readily available and accessible on our LMS in a learner-focused manner and ensure impact is evaluated.
Engage with our learners and local People and Culture teams to facilitate testing and piloting of content
The role can be based in our Too Good To Go office in the UK or Denmark
Requirements
Good knowledge of latest instructional theory, including assessment, inclusive design and accessibility
Understanding and experience of designing appropriate learning solutions that can be delivered through e-learning, self-directed learning, or by local trainers and facilitators
Experience in structuring content in a Learning Management System
Experience following learning design methodology e,g, storyboarding, etc
Good technical and digital skills and experience with design tools, such as Articulate Rise
Experience in the design and development of digital and blended learning experiences that meet the needs of a diverse and geographically scattered population of people
Ability to translate from Capability Frameworks, to engaging and meaningful learner-centric experiences
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
