Manager – Data Quality Manager, GDAS
Work location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
In Deloitte, Globally, Performance Management for employees(except MDs) is managed through Global Performance Experience(GPE or iRPM) suite of products, which have critical need of Data Quality management from data coming into system, data flowing through the product and it being consumed by various other systems and stakeholders. Data Privacy, Residency, and related business needs across all environments (Production/Non-Production) is of utmost importance, considering the purpose for which this information is used by Talent and Business stakeholders.
Must have experienceOver all 9 to 12 Years’ experience with 3 – 5 years in development on Microsoft Database Technologies in SQL on SQL Server Database, and preferably SSIS. Remaining years’ experience in business requirement management for Data Extraction/Transformation/Load(ETL) projects with Data quality management, Data Analysis and/or Data visualization experience.
Work you’ll doResponsible for maintaining, designing, documenting and/or enhancing formal requirements, use cases, user stories or other required supporting business solution documentation, with regards to data flow and data visualization from source to end results/outcomes expected, for major feature and O&M project releases, across Web UI, Tableau Reporting, and Mobile AppPerforming impact analysis of external data source and integration data changes like People Taxonomy and other changes, on GPE and its components.Designing test data strategy as well as reviewing data scenarios, developing SQL queries, perform database validation, check for anomalies about quality of data in non- Production and Production.Expertise in developing SQL queries and perform data validationSound knowledge of Database concepts, ETL concepts and proficiency in Data analysis, Investigation, and troubleshootingSupport both development and testing of data and its integration points from quality, integrity and privacy point of view.Responsible for the data quality of the applications and ensuring the implementation of Agile best practices in the project as per SAFE standards.Ability to gather and document business requirements especially with regards to data flow, data changes, data privacy and access requirementsParticipates in reviewing test scenarios and test cases, developing SQL queries, perform database testing from Test Data strategy and planning perspective, for each use case scenarioAble to work independently as well as collaborates with team membersStrives to understand business requirements and create clear, technical specifications outlining the specific enhancement or functionality required. Supplies estimations, status updates, and escalations to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Provides on-going support to business and demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.Eye for detail and accuracy and Excellent communication skills.
