Instamart is the biggest business bet for Swiggy this year where the team is trying to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries, making it more convenient and easy than ever before. Instamart Storefront team leads various initiatives spanning across customer engagement, affordability, navigation experience, personalization and merchandising on the Instamart platform.
Your role in Instamart:
You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience for a particular zone (a group of Tier 1 and 2 cities) on Instamart. The role will be in the central team based out of Bangalore. There are multiple teams you’d be working in this role including but not limited to Category Management, Product development, Product Design and Supply Chain.
Own the user experience of the zone and be a custodian of the consumer first guard-rails. Develop hyper-local initiatives to constantly improve the same.
Enhance discovery and navigation journey for consumers and contribute to development of new product features in the pre-order journey.
In-app promotion calendar with end to end ownership on topical events in accordance to the region’s strategic objectives and focus on customer acquisition.
Develop highly relevant hyperlocal and segmented campaigns to maximize conversion with healthy basket-sizes in the zone. Work with design solutions and merchandising operation teams to set-up high quality user-journeys.
Platform perception improvement by taking up initiatives under affordability, availability and assortment perception.
Visibility management to contribute to the business goals of the zone and achieving the revenue targets on Ad marketing.
Take up cross functional projects to improve search experience, product ranking and personalization.
Own and drive effective GTM plans for new product releases and initiatives on storefront.
