RBC is seeking experienced Marketing Specialist barred in Dubai jurisdiction to join its global team from Dubai or Doha-Qatar. This is a highly challenging and interesting role for a resourceful Marketer. This role will be pivotal in supporting the Marketing plans for IP & Science and will require excellent organizational skills to make the most effective use of resources available. The working environment is relatively informal, although duties are of a corporate nature and will involve extensive liaison with stakeholders across the IP & Science business across international time-zones. By taking initiative, engaging and collaborating with the business this position shall require for the role holder to be able to make sure that all issues are appropriately prioritized, and dealt with effectively.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of on-time, on-budget regional marketing campaigns that meet targeted business outcomes effectively for the IP & Science business of RBC.

Work with the Local and Global Sales and Marketing teams to develop, implement and manage regional marketing plans in order to drive growth, support retention and build brand equity across the IP & Science offerings
Develop local market and customer insight to share with the wider global team and to feed into the segment marketing programs
Implement effective integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
Work closely with other marketing stakeholders to ensure messaging is incorporated in all verticals (Government & Academia, Intellectual Property, Life Sciences, Brand Protection)
Form strong relationships with the strategic account managers to understand their individual and specific service needs and develop tailored plans of support
Localize global collateral and content and develop local sales and marketing assets
Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers and target audience, in corporating key customer messaging and proof points into marketing collateral
Manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Established career within the marketing industry.
Experience of business-to-business marketing
Experience in managing events
Preparation of tactical marketing plans, working to budget and time deadlines and reporting on MROI
Experience within one of the key verticals preferred (Government & Academia, Intellectual Property, Life Sciences, Brand Protection).
Strong professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent verbal communication, written and proof reading skills.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Experience using CRM and Email Marketing systems an advantage.
Marketing degree preferable
Minimum of 2 years marketing experience within a B2B organization
Ability to read/write/speak Arabic
