Key responsibilities
This role includes but is not limited to the management of all B2C activity whether in house or through our agencies
Influencer and affiliate strategy and management
Events ideation and management
Brand collaboration and Sponsorship ideation and management
Campaign ideation and management
SEO and content strategy and management
PPC strategy and management
Social strategy and management
CRM strategy and management
Website and app management
We would require this individual to manage the above deliverables taking the below into consideration:
Devising and implementing bold, innovative & bespoke ideas that help drive the company and brand forward to reach its growth targets
Setting up and managing a variety of channels to effectively report back on all activities success
This role requires effective budget management and tracking
Strategically optimising on an ongoing basis
Working with the wider marketing, operations and development teams to form an integrated approach to ensure deadlines and workflows is managed accordingly.
Requirements
5+ years experience working in-house or agency side in a channel agnostic role
Experience across all major marketing channels
Experience with the Google Display Network and across other programmatic platforms is beneficial
Work experience in a team environment and not afraid to share ideas and inspire team members
Effective in up and downward key stakeholder management
Personable & articulate with excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail with impeccably high standards
Good knowledge of other Paid media channels and how these fit in the consumer journey
A meticulous media planner with the ability to create complex media forecasts and back those up with robust assumptions, methodologies and rationale.
An Excel wizard, with the ability to quickly translate data into insight.
A PowerPoint storyteller, with the ability to succinctly and creatively share that insight
A desire to get things done
Must be happy to commute to our office in Clapham, London (when safe to do so)

Salary £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
25 days plus 9 days bank holidays
