Description : BAFTA is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its team
Job purpose
This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a passion for culture and arts to join BAFTA – a leading arts charity and globally recognised brand – at an exciting period. BAFTA celebrates excellence in Film, Games and Television and supports and nurtures new talent through a year-round programme of initiatives and events in the UK, US and Asia.
The Marketing Executive will assist the Marketing Manager on the brand and marketing strategy as well as the delivery of multi-media campaigns and marketing collateral in line with the marketing plan. Helping to deliver creatively outstanding and high quality campaigns that are on brand, on budget and on time with consistent identity and communications messages across all media with a particular emphasis on digital.
You will be passionate about using your marketing skills and experience to help grow the BAFTA brand, to increase its reach and relevance with our members and audiences globally. You will join the communications team responsible for driving engagement with all of BAFTA’s activity – from our prestigious awards ceremonies to our year-round learning and talent initiatives.
Ideally you will have:
Experience delivering strategic marketing campaigns for brands
Experience of digital marketing across different platforms – paid and organic
Demonstrable experience in working on creative briefs, handling creative agencies, as well as overseeing design/content production of marketing collateral in house
Experience working on cross-functional projects with diverse range of partners and stakeholders
Proven ability to manage projects independently and to ensure they deliver on budget and on deadline
Proven ability to translate strategic vision to practical deliverables to reach different audiences
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation, producing reports on a regular basis
Experience of CRM (Salesforce/Drupal)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with wider marketing team, stakeholders and talent
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
Ideally you will be:
Enthusiastic team player with can-do attitude
Fluent in latest marketing tactics and trends to reach different audiences/customers
