It is important for us to prioritize dignity and ease of access to alternative medications for patients in this essential industry.In order to achieve this, the practitioner’s role is to streamline the process for medical cannabis patients to receive their medical cannabis certifications. The scope of this work includes, but is not limited to the following:Completing a good-faith physical or telemedicine examination todetermine patient eligibility for their state medical marijuana programEstablishing a bona-fide relationship with the patientReviewing any patient medical records, if necessaryCompleting the patient medical cannabis recommendation and validating for one full year. (This is NOT a medical marijuana prescription. Since marijuana is classified as Schedule I Drug, medical marijuana prescriptions are illegal in most states)Performing any necessary follow up consultations within the full one-year validation period of patient certificationAnswering patient inquiries or directing patients to the appropriate resources/Veriheal departmentRemaining up to date on state medical cannabis program regulationsSet your own schedule and hoursOn our website, patients book appointments in their area based on doctor availability and pre-pay for a consultation with the doctor.
