Description : Vieve, LLC, currently has a job opening. Vieve is seeking a full-time medical receptionist.Vieve, LLC is a boutique-style medical practice in an elegant and peaceful environment. Dr.Ferro specializes in all OBGYN services for women, including different aesthetic services. At Vieve, we provide all of our patients with excellent service and professional standards in a serene setting.Responsibilities:Receptionist tasks, effectively multi-task, and manage the daily tasks of the medical office (answer phones, manage schedules, coordinate patients, verify insurances, check patients in and out, collect payments, authorizations). Keep pace with the demands of schedules and physician/provider’s and patient needs,Greet patients warmly and make sure they are taken care of. Create a bond with patients by educating them on services and products.Check patients in/out; Schedule follow-up appointments.Provide information about fees and payment options.Phone skills – comfortable speaking to patients, maintaining a level of professionalism, ability to turn a patient inquiry into an appointment scheduled.Offering an excellent service experience both on the telephone and in person.Check-in, offer beverages, and inform the medical assistant when the patient is ready.Understanding patients needs – always being one step ahead, meeting and exceeding patient expectationsFollow up on client needs and immediately respond to any urgent needs or concerns.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Communicate effectively with all team members and clients. Maintain cultural sensitivity.Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines such as HIPPA, OSHA, Office Policy, and standards.Respect patients by recognizing their rights; maintaining confidentiality.Maintains a safe and clean working area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Protects self, co-workers, and patients by following policies and procedures.Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.Must report to work during standard business hours and be flexible to work some evenings and weekends.Cross-trained to help the office in moments of short staff.
