Description : Are you an experienced Medical Sales Specialist looking for a highly rewarding career?
As part of a successful, established team, you will be responsible for selling our pharmaceutical and medical device products to B2B customers across a range of healthcare markets, including Clinical Trials, as well as promoting our Contract Manufacturing services to other pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
B Braun’s market leading, specialist equipment and products are critical in ensuring that treatments are safe, efficient and precise. Your role will be to drive sales of these products to our non-hospital customers.This role will require you to travel into London and southern cities.
Here is what you can expect to be doing:
To maximise products sales by utilising a high level of product knowledge and selling skills.
To keep abreast of developments and trends and supply market information on a regular basis.
To protect existing business and accounts by building strong relationships and delivering a high level of customer care and service.
To create new business opportunities by investigating accounts and establishing relationships with relevant stakeholders.
To attend and promote the company’s products at trade exhibitions, national and local conferences/meetings and at customer sites.
As necessary, to undertake special projects or develop and lead on new business development opportunities.
To attain a technical involvement with customers to establish an informed knowledge of clinical data and the market.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Demonstrable success and proven experience in a sales role, preferably with medical devices or pharmaceutical products.
A broad understanding of general medical practices and theories.
Understanding of general sales & marketing practices within the medical industry.
Good communication skills with the ability to effectively manage projects.
Ability to prioritise and organise your own workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment whilst working with and supporting your wider team.
Ability to identify knowledge gaps and development potentials
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
