The Operations Manager will lead and develop the Operational Teams to contribute to the smooth and efficient operational activities at the Wisbech Site, ensuring all KPI’s are met and achieved / exceeded
To maximise the weekly, monthly and annual performance of the site, by providing leadership, focusing on customer requirements, cost effective operational performance, continuous improvement, a motivated workforce, succession planning and “making DHL a great place to work”
To carry out effective communication to the Operation in a timely manner including team meetings / briefings

Management / Supervisory experience essential
Budget management and cost controls
Previously manufacturing experience would be an advantage
Continuous improvement mindset, succession planning and development of key managers essential
