I. Job Summary
This senior level analyst position is responsible for the configuration and support of software applications (e.g. ERP Oracle Cloud, Blackline, OneStream, etc.) through strong business partnership, quality insights and exceptional customer service. As part of the Finance Support team, this role provides complex analytical and consultative support delivering Finance processes. He/she will need to challenge existing solutions and lead the team in enhancing systems with an emphasis on user experience, simplification, automation, performance, and standardization. With experienced team members, may provide input for delivering Finance processes. Generally, provides technical input for Digital/vendor support.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots or assigns to other tech team members for resolution. Coordinates with vendor regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating, and following up as requiredResponsible for supporting releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across the assigned ERP Oracle Cloud module(s)/Finance application(s) including Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, OneSourceContinuously develops advanced knowledge of assigned application(s) utilizing vendor websites, user groups and training to effectively utilize system capabilities. Mentors other team members and is recognized as an expertConsults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures applicationAnalyzes impact of configuration from foundational structures to Fast Formulas and extensions to Finance service delivery and downstream systems and integrations. Leads meetings to resolve priority issuesEnsures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfersProvides analysis and consultation on the implementation of new software application products or new modules in existing applications
Provides experienced support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions. Plans for and supports migrations, releases, upgrades and/or patches – mitigating risk/downstream impacts. Developing knowledge and expertise on extensions and Fast Formulas. Engages Digital and vendor for support as necessaryExecutes unit, integration and acceptance testing. May support functional team with required screen shots and system steps for testing and change managementMay be responsible for configuring and delivering moderate to complex reports and queries utilizing delivered software. Follows established data governanceDocuments all configurationCollaborate with HCM support team to manage ERP Oracle Cloud releasesAct as subject matter experts and as Finance functional owners for the system. IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Ten (10) years previous experience (in addition to education requirement)

Operations / business / financial knowledge: Strong understanding of WM’s operations and service capabilities, or an ability to become a quick study, that translates this knowledge into practical and impactful features that add value to our customers without contributing to inefficiency for the business.
Finance Technology support experience: Track record of administrative, upgrading and enhancing financial solutions. The successful candidate will have experience across several technologies including – ERP Oracle cloud, Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, OneSource.Impact-orientation: Strong focus on thoughtful maximization of value creation and capture, with a nose of “following the money� but recognizing that to capture value we must deliver value to our customers.
