The Patient Experience Specialist is responsible for:35-45 Inbound calls daily.Scheduling patient appointments with HCS in-network hearing care providersProviding patient education, including but not limited to: explaining the HCS program and hearing aid coverageMaintaining patient records with detailed, accurate notesEnsuring high-quality of care for the patient, while following HIPPA guidelines on the phoneThis position is NOT remote.Preferred Skills:High School Diploma, or equivalent2+ years’ relevant work experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat attention to detailPossess a genuine interest in working with peopleAbility to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in English and Spanish, preferred, but not requiredExperience in healthcare is a plusExperience in a call center is a plusWe offer a 3-week paid training program to ensure you are set up for success.Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Following local and state guidelinesExperience:Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)Call center: 1 year (Preferred)Language:other languages (Preferred)Work Location: One location
