What will you be doing as our new People Co-ordinator
Providing administrative support to the People and leadership Development team, working with recruitment, communications, development and organisational design. Acting as central point for all people information, maintaining up to date records and ensuring all information and processes are GDPR compliant and follow best practice. Supports managers with best practice and guidance on all people systems such as Workday and SRFs. Creates reports on people data. Provides assistance and directs queries.
Seeks opportunity to develop and improve processes and ways of working, challenging where necessary and finding digital solutions. Supports the commercial function, providing relevant people data and processes.
Leads on SPA performance reviews, providing guidance, supporting managers, and delivering effective comms across the organisation. Provides reports and ensures partner organisations are kept up to date on progress.
Delivers improvement projects across SPA based on employee feedback and updates. Focuses on development activity including mentoring and works with the sustainability team to enable projects such as kick-starter and mentoring schemes are in place.
Brings D&I best practice into SPA. Creates a network of Diversity & Inclusion leads across SPA and its wider network to ensure SPA people processes are proactively adopting best practice wherever possible.
A little bit about your skills, experience, and behaviours….
You will maintain people data including resourcing and commercial information, ensuring all information is up to date
Act as point of contact for the people team, supporting recruitment, training, onboarding and internal communications.
Create documents and reports, analysing data and producing
Ensure all data handled by the people team is GDPR compliant.
Support with process improvements, providing opportunities to apply a production and manufacturing approach.
Maintain strong relationships with partner leads, wider SPA organisation and managers
Provide consistency and clarity around people processes, facilitating and providing tools to drive best practice, advising managers and teams.
Support with on-boarding and first day introductions as necessary.
Act as a central point of contact between commercial and people teams regarding data to ensure alignment.
