Flexibility : We’re flexible on how you do your work, with this role you will only expected to be in the office 1 or 2 days per week, and we operate a ‘core hours’ policy of 10am-4pm.
Salary: £29,000-£34,000
Contract: Permanent

CRUK have an exciting role for a talented Personal Assistant to join our Research and Innovation team supporting our Chief Business Officer.
What will I be doing?
You will be providing full personal administrative support to the Chief Business Officer, supporting them in the strategic aims and goals of the Research and Innovation directorate and acting as an ambassador for the directorate across the organisation.
Providing proactive, high-level PA support to the CBO
Organisation and co-ordination of department team meetings, events and ad hoc activities
Ad hoc support to the Director’s leadership team and departments
Contribute to and support the high functioning PA team within R&I
Who we’re looking for?
Experience of providing high level support at Director level, including complex diary management across multiple time zones, document preparation (PowerPoint presentations, meeting agendas, correspondence).
Experience of managing a busy workload, including complex and competing priorities whilst remaining organised and professional
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate, interact and build relationships with people at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to work across more than one team on different projects, as and when required and managing demands
Ability to work reactively as well as pro-actively. Being happy with ambiguity at times
